1. Bookings & confirmation

Online and WhatsApp bookings are requests until confirmed by our team, normally within 24 hours. No payment is taken online; payment is made on arrival by mobile money, card or cash in Ghana cedis, unless an invoice arrangement has been agreed for groups.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and include applicable guide services as described. Prices may change seasonally; the price confirmed with your booking is the price you pay.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit by phone or WhatsApp. If we must cancel due to dangerous weather or site conditions, you receive a full refund of anything paid or a free rebooking — your choice.

4. Safety & visitor conduct

Visitors must follow guide instructions at all times, stay on marked trails, and respect closing times. Swimming is permitted only at designated pools under supervision. Visitors participate in hiking, climbing and swimming activities at their own risk.

5. Environment & heritage

Littering, removal of plants or stones, open fires outside designated areas, and disturbance of wildlife are prohibited. Commercial photography, filming and drone flights require a permit arranged in advance.

6. Children & groups

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. School and youth groups must meet our supervision ratios (1 adult per 15 students).
